INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
Yoga is very helpful in maintaining our health. Yoga day is celebrated worldwide on June 21. We also celebrated yoga day by practicing yoga asanas and pranayamas. We had presentation on the topic importance of yoga, history of yoga and yoga practices. We also discussed various benefits of different yogasanas and the dos' and don'ts of each asanas etc. Later everyone in the presence of a yoga instructor practiced yoga sessions and pranayamas. Overall it was indeed a productive day.
